Church of St. George, Bialystok       The church of St. George is situated in Bialystok on Pulaski street (district of Nowe Miasto). It is youngest from Bialystok's parishes. The services are held in a temporary church. The construction of a new temple will start in future. During his visit in Poland in October 1998, His Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch BARTHOLOMEW with His Beatitude Eminence Metropolitan SAWA, the Head of The Polish Authocephalous Orthodox Church celebrated the ceremony of putting bricks of a corner stone for a new church.
    Priest Grzegorz Misijuk, well known from orthodox television (Sunday programme "In the source of faith" - "U zrodel wiary") and radio (Saturday programme "Spiritual meetings" - "Duchowe spotkania" and Sunday programme "Before going to church" - "Przed wyjsciem do cerkwi"), is the rector of the parish.   Schedule of Services in the church of St. George (Bialystok-Nowe Miasto):
